Billura holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and has also studied Financial Economics in Sweden, combining a strong academic background with an international outlook. Her professional career includes experience working with global companies such as Danone and Givaudan, where she gained valuable insight into international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.

Alongside her professional career, Billura has been deeply involved in charitable and community work. A committed philanthropist, she has supported and participated in numerous charitable initiatives and community projects. During her time abroad, she served as President of the French association Lagos Accueil, was a member of the board of the French School in Lagos, and contributed to the board of an international charitable organization in Nigeria.

Her collaboration with international institutions, including working with the British Council on the cultural project Sea of Friends, further strengthened her understanding of how culture, education, and collaboration can bring communities together and create meaningful social impact.

The vision behind the BA Cultural Center grew from Billura’s desire to create a welcoming space where people from diverse backgrounds could meet, learn, and share their cultural heritage. She envisioned a place where art exhibitions, music, workshops, performances, and educational programs would inspire creativity and mutual understanding.
